6/21/18 – MaMa Meet Up!

Interested in prenatal/postpartum training?

Melissa and I will be hosting a Mama Meet-up tomorrow (Thur, 6/21) at 5:30 pm at the Fitness Coalition to answer questions and talk about our upcoming series of classes, launching Tuesday, 6/26.

Come learn about training with intention for birth and rehabilitating/honoring your body postpartum while connecting with other mamas. This is for YOU, mamas, no matter where you are in your motherhood journey. We would love to meet you!

Workout of the Day

A. DB Vertical Jump + Sprint: 4 Sets

B. Back Squat: 7 Sets – 1 Rep @95%

C. Deadlift @45% + Chain (+1 link the. Last week): 10 Sets – 1 Rep (Every :30 sec)


For Time:

Suitcase Deadlift Kalsu

100 Reps @1/2 BW Per Hand

*5 Burpees EMOM
