A. Box Squat @60% + Bands: 10 Sets – 2 Reps

B. 5 Minute EMOM

5 Sumo Deadlift @65-75%

5 Broad Jumps

*Both Exercises Done on The Minute

C. GHR: 3-4 Sets – Max Reps

D. Medball Banded GM: 100 Reps

E. Banded Leg Curls: 200 Reps
