Workout of the Day

A. Box Squat @50% + Bands: 12 Sets – 2 Reps (Every :45 Sec)

B. 2″ Deficit Conventional Deadlift @70-75%: 18 Sets – 1 Rep

C. Arched Back GHR: Accumulate 8-12 Reps

D. Reverse Hyper: 3-4 Sets – 20 Reps

Sled Drag: 6-8 Trips (End to end of parking lot)
