We told you starting in September we would be adding new things to the schedule.
Starting this week. We will be offering a 5AM class Monday thru Friday!
Along with that new class offering we will also have open gym time times in the morning now available.
The gym will be open from 5AM-10AM.
We will have classes at 5AM & 9AM. If you’d like to come in on an off time and work on some skills, make up a workout, work on mobility, or just grab a cup of coffee. This will be your time to do so!
