9/10/18 – SWEAT

Tosay starts our newest program at the gym.

SWEAT is a six week strength and conditioning based class utilizing high intensity interval training to boost EPOC, build lean muscle, improve endurance, and increase fat loss to get you lean and shredded. It’s a total body workout that challenges all your major muscle groups. Its fast paced, fun, tough, and addicting. You will challenge your mind and body, and push your limits resulting in better results and a more efficient metabolism. Workouts are performed at maximum intensity with short intervals and minimum rest time, giving you an ass kicking, effective workout in minimal time.

SWEAT will be coached by Chanda Morse

Chanda is a self proclaimed challenge and growth junkie, who loves to push herself to find out what shes made of. She has a passion for all things health, especially strength/conditioning and nutrition. She believes that health encompasses many things, and a well rounded, complete healthy lifestyle incorporates mental, physical, and spiritual health. These different components work synergistically together and when you elevate one, you inevitably improve the others. When you prove to yourself just how capable you are and become physically stronger, you are instantly empowered and that translates into other all areas of strength as well. She has dedicated her life to fitness and nutrition and it is her passion to help others realize the power and strength they possess, both inside and out. Her hope is that the strength, passion, and empowerment people find in her classes will permeate their entire lives and create positive change in the world.

Fun facts: She is a mom to two boys, has owned several companies specializing in Paleo treats and baked goods, fermented foods, and natural beauty products and she is completing her Spartan Trifecta this September.
