We will have a slightly modified schedule this week.

Monday & Tuesday: Regular AM&PM Schedule

Wednesday: Regular AM Schedule & 4PM Class – NO YOGA

Thursday (Thanksgiving): 9AM CLASS ONLY

Friday: Open Gym 8AM-10AM

Saturday: Regular Schedule

A. Conventional Deadlift + Bands: 2RM
