Have you heard?! We’re helping Santa again this year by being an official drop off point for Solano County Toys For Tots.

You will receive a FREE DROP-IN to any of our classes at the gym this week if you bring in a new, unwrapped toy!

You don’t need to come workout to donate. Make sure to tell your friends. We appreciate all of the support. If you’d like to just come and donate a toy or two, that would be great as well!

Please help us spread the word so we can bring cheer and happiness to as many families as possible this holiday season.

A. Back Squat + Bands: 2RM

B. Sandbag Load (AHAP) – 3 Sets – 5 Reps

12 Minute AMRAP

1. Barbell Good Morning: 8-10 Reps

2. Reverse Hyper: 10-15 Reps (@60% BS)

3. Lateral Lunges w/ Sliders: 10 Each Leg

4. Suitcase Carry w/ KB: 50′ R / 50′ L
