Workout of the Day

A. Instability Front Squat w/ Hanging Kettlebells: 5 Sets – 5 Reps

B. 4″ Deficit Conventional Deadlift: 5 Sets – 5 Reps (Minimum +10lb Increase)


10 Minute AMRAP

1. Reverse Lunge – 10 Reps (5 each leg)

2. Hip Thrusts – 20 Reps

3. Reverse Hyper – 30 Reps
