Workout of the Day

A. Muscle Snatch: 9 Sets – 3 Reps

(Every :45 seconds)

B. 3 Sets – Rest 1:30 Between Sets –

Pendlay Rows: 12-15 Reps

Single Arm DB Press (R/L): 10-12 Reps

C. 3 Sets – Rest :45 Seconds Between Sets-

5 Wide Grip Pull Ups

5 Incline DB Press ( HEAVY – As in you can’t get 6 Reps)
