Decline DB Bench Press: 8-12 Reps

Kroc Rows: 8-12 Reps

*Focus on Breath

Concentric: EXHALE

Eccentric: INHALE

C. 3 Sets – Rest 1:00

Banded Tricep Ext: 5-8 Reps

Barbell Bicep Curl: 5-8 Reps

D. 3 Sets – Rest 1:00

Rear Delt DB Fly: 5-8 Reps

Weighted GHD Sit Ups: 5-8 Reps
