6/13/19 – Next Weeks Schedule

I wanted to give you all the heads up that we will have a slightly modified schedule next week. Lauren and I will be out of town June 17th-20th. During those dates there will only be 2 class times available. I know it’s a little inconvenient. We apologize to all of those who this will affect. The class times available will be 5AM and 6:30PM. Regular schedule will resume on Friday, June 21st.

Candace will be holding down the fort while we’re.

Make sure you keep your eyes on the blog. We will post at home workouts alone with the regular class programming for those of you who can’t make it in to the gym.

We’re going to be coming back fired up and ready to attack it. I hope you’re all ready!

A. Box Squat @60% + Chains: 5 Sets – 5 Reps (EMOM)

B. 2” Deficit Deadlift @60 + Bands: 5 Sets – 3 Reps (EMOM)
