We are starting a book club here at The Fitness Coalition. The Coalition Book Club
The goal of this book club is to invite people into a group who are all on a mission for self development. Being in a room full of people who are on the same path as you is a very powerful thing. Likemindedness can be a good thing or a bad thing. Depending on who you’re in constant contact with.
We’re looking to create a culture of people who want more from themselves. Go-getters that understand that if you want to make serious, impactful change within yourself. You’re going to have to work for it. Those are the type of people someone is going to want to put themselves around.
How does the book club work? At the beginning of the month we will highlight the book we will be reading. At the end of the month we will meet and discuss the book. You’ll have a month to read that months chosen book. Pretty simple.
We’re going to start the Coalition Book Club at the beginning of July. The first book is going to be “Will Power Doesn’t Work by Benjamin Hardy”.
The Fitness Coalition isn’t just a gym. It’s a place people come to become all-around better version of themselves. Through physical activity and building up a stronger mindset you can accomplish great things. It all starts in the mind.
