Tonight we are switching things up to include a little outing. We will train at 5:00 pm and head over to Wooden Valley Winery (off of Suisun Valley Rd) for Food Truck Friday! I hope you all can join us!

A. Bench Press: 2RM

B. 5 Sets (Superset)

5-8 Supinated Grip BB Row

5-8 Sandbag Strict Press

C. 5 Sets

8-12 DB Shrugs

8-12 Alternating DB Curls (Per Arm)

8-12 Tricep Extension (Any variation)

D. 100 Banded Wood Choppers Per Side
