4th of July: 9am Class Only

Friday (July 5th): 9am Class Only

Saturday: FREE Community Workout

Come celebrate with us Thursday morning, and break a sweat with us before the annual festivities. Be safe out there, people.



Workout of the Day

A. Bench Press: 10 Sets – 10 Reps

B. SA DB Row: 10 Sets – 10 Reps Each Side

C. 5 Minute EMOM

6-8 DB Front Delt Raise

6-8 DB Side Delt Raise

6-8 Rear Delt Raise

D. Work to a tough Ab Roll Out: Heavy 5 Reps
