7/29/19 – Testing Phase

We are beginning our next testing phase for all the main lifts! That includes the conventional and sumo Deadlift, the box Squat and back Squat, and the bench press.

For the next four Monday, including today. We will be testing our lower body maxes. It’s important for the next month that you #NeverMissAMonday

We don’t test these lifts very often. Usually just twice a year. Let’s see how your consistency and hard work has paid off.

Workout of the Day

A. Sumo Deadlift: 1RM

B. 1 Minute – Max Effort

Stone to Shoulder

C. 3 Rounds

GHD Hip Extension: 15-20 Reps

Banded Leg Extension: 50+ Reps
