Then look no further than this little gem we used yesterday. It’s a quick and easy set up.

Sit on a box high enough your feet are not touching the floor. Take 2 kettlebells. Loop your feet in the handles, and extend your leg!

We do these for higher rep sets. 20-30+ at a time. Anywhere from 3-5 Sets. Or you could also do them isometrically and hold full extended for time to really work those quads!
