Your membership to The Fitness Coalition provides you:

– Sponsored social events, outdoor activities and annual trips

Our goal is to provide you with THE highest quality experience out there and help you reach your fitness goals as fast as possible. All classes are staffed with highly trained coaches with certifications from CrossFit and years of experience in the fitness industry. During peak times, as many as 2+ coaches will be staffed per class.
We have a reputation for top notch coaching, a vibrant, diverse community, and the highest levels of performance in all areas of fitness. Do not accept imitators.
