Next time you train. See if you can find a rhythm and pace that allows you to breath through your nose only and remain as stress free as possible. It takes some time and practice.

If you can get this technique down. You could potentially walk away from a workout without always collapsing onto your back and rolling around on the floor. That doesn’t always show your level of intensity. It’s possible to finish your conditioning and walk away knowing you did your best. All while staying cool, calm, and collected.
